KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Organizational Change Management to join our Enterprise Program Management Office Center of Excellence organization.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement an integrated change management plan based on the firm’s OCM methodology to successfully deliver a firmwide, internal-to-KPMG, transformation initiative
- Lead and facilitate change management and learning events with stakeholders, both in-person and virtual, as needed on an initiative
- Understand and explain change impacts based on future state designs
- Design, manage, write, and deliver communications associated with an initiative
- Build and foster a network of change champions across the firm to participate in driving change
- Formulate, deliver, and analyze change readiness assessments across impacted stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Minimum six years of recent experience leading change management efforts including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and business readiness
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or similar work experience that demonstrates capabilities
- Experience with leading change management and communications efforts in support of enterprise-level process improvement or technology implementation programs
- Prior knowledge with leveraging change management methodology and applying as appropriate for the business environment, and experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
- Experience trouble-shooting, organizational skills, ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

San Francisco Salary Range: Low: $121000 - High: $228800
San Diego Salary Range: Low: $104200 - High: $196900
