Job description

• Description: Provide a healthy, safe and clean environment through preventative maintenance/repair services as needed within the Mobilehome Community.
• Reports to: Maintenance Manager
• Perform a variety of general and semi-skilled maintenance to include but not limited to carpentry, painting, electrical, grounds care, irrigation, plumbing, utility maintenance.
• Ability to inspect/maintain the hardscape of the park, (streets, streetlights, walkways, block walls, fences, gates).
• Maintain/use assigned vehicles, heavy equipment, and tools in safe operating conditions.
• Clean buildings, common areas (clubhouse, pool area, restrooms, laundry facility, trash enclosures and ground areas as needed and/or assigned.
• Demonstrate good customer service skills when interacting with residents, vendors, co-workers.
• Comply with all safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping of equipment and work areas.
• Good understanding of verbal and written communication.
• Physical ability may include standing/stooping for periods of time; ability to lift/carry (10-25 lbs); full range of motion in all joints; good gross and fine motor skills
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND DRIVERS LICENSE & SUBMIT TO DRUG TEST PRIOR TO START DATE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
