$2.10/hour LPN shift differential for weekday evenings/overnights, $3.45/hour for weekend evening/overnights. $3.00/hour RN shift differential for weekday evenings/overnights, $5.00/hour for weekend evening/overnights.

Located in the heart of Clifton Park, Schuyler Ridge Residential Healthcare is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility offering a range of medical services including long-term care, memory care, a sub-acute/med surg and 24-hour residential care.

What you will do:

• Responsible and accountable to utilizing the nursing process to diagnose and treat human responses to actual or potential problems of individuals or groups.
• Contributes to the plan of care through collaboration and effective communication with the RN and other members of the healthcare team.
• Under the direction of the RN and within the scope of practice, complies with established nursing policies, procedures and standards to provide safe, quality care to residents.
• Administers medications and monitors IV therapy as ordered and according to established policies and standards.
• Provides emotional support to residents and their families

Required:

• A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New York
• Associate’s degree in nursing or Degree of Nursing from an accredited school
• A current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New York

Preferred

• Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilities
• Ability to communicate effectively in a fast pace work environment
• Ability to engage within a team setting
• Passion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing field
