Blue Bear Group / Della Porta DC is seeking an experienced line cook/ pizzaiolo for full-time year round position for our second Door County restaurant concept- farm to table authentic Italian. Small plates, entrees, desserts, true wood fired Neapolitan pizza and other menu items. Salary plus bonus structure. The Line Cook will work directly with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, assist with execution of the company's mission. This is a full-time position, which requires deep understanding of kitchen culture, as well as a passion for food preparation and presentation. This is a great opportunity for an energetic, detail-oriented professional to join a team that's setting trends in the culinary industry.

Responsibilities:

Produce a variety of foods according to the recipe and season.

• Communicate with kitchen staff, delivery personnel, vendors and other staff
