Position Summary
The Lifeline Installer performs in-home installation, service, troubleshooting and retrieval of Asante Lifeline equipment. Supports the Lifeline Program in day to day activities, including direct customer contact on phones with clients and maintaining inventory of cleaned and tested lifeline units. Understands the use and maintenance of all Lifeline equipment & supplies. Provides an excellent explanation/demonstration/installation of Lifeline services. This role will also include some office support functions.
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate as needed for the position is required
Experience
- At least 1 year of related experience in a health care environment, preferred
- Possession of a valid Driver's License with proof of safe driving record for the past ten years and proof of insurance is required

- Ability to understand and get along with the senior and disabled population
