Solomon, Vigh & Springer, P.A. is a commercial litigation and Creditors’ Rights law firm located outside of downtown Tampa in the Tampa Heights district. Our practice is concentrated on representing business and medical provider clients in contract disputes throughout the State of Florida.

We are currently seeking a full-time legal assistant in our garnishment department to manage their own set of files. The legal assistant will be responsible for reviewing post-judgment files, drafting legal documents, e-filing, monitoring file diaries, scheduling hearings, and facilitating legal proceedings to garnishment judgment. The ideal candidate would have 1-year of legal assistant experience, able to efficiently manage a case load in a time sensitive manner, possess excellent grammar and punctuation, work well in a team, have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a positive self-starter attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
