ADP is hiring a Senior Content Developer


The Senior Content Developer is responsible for creating meaningful communications for our retirement plan clients and their employees that demonstrate the value of our products and services and help drive desired outcomes.


Essential responsibilities:

  • Develops, manages and executes multi-touch marketing campaigns and supporting communications designed to encourage plan participants to maximize the value of their retirement plan benefit, promote the benefits of ADP retirement plans and services to plan sponsors and demonstrate to financial advisors the value of partnering with ADP. Common content types include emails, webinars, infographics, articles, presentations, brochures, and videos, among others – all in service of shifting behavior and encouraging desired outcomes
  • Works collaboratively and cross-functionally with the Participant Success Organization, Client Services, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales and Legal to determine communications needs
  • Works with internal guidelines to deliver a unified branding strategy for the participant audience; write copy, manage design and production, and ensure materials are creative and achieve planned objectives.
  • Uses competitive and client research to determine communication programs that best meet clients’ needs. Establish internal processes to benchmark success of plan strategies, tests new programs for effectiveness and to measure results.
  • Partners with Digital Marketing team to conduct ongoing measurement of content performance and effectiveness
  • Actively pursues external perspectives to stay abreast of latest trends and best practices in content marketing; effectively shares findings with peers and team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience creating multi-channel marketing programs for the financial services industry, retirement experience required.
  • Strength in creative, authentic storytelling and a proven ability to drive desired outcomes.
  • Ability to translate complex financial topics into readily accessible content.
  • Marketing agency experience a plus
  • Experience with creating personalized, effective messages for different target demographics.
  • Track record of contributing to successful marketing and communications campaigns
  • Willingness to reach across functions (Participant Success Organization, Client Service, Product, Sales and Legal) and influence processes and capabilities.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail
The US base salary range targeted for this job is listed in the compensation section below. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Salary Range for this role is: $68,700 - $139,300 / Year
