Garden Care Route Leader

R. Youngblood & Co. is in search of a Garden Care Route Leader. This individual will be the liaison between our Director of Garden Care, Client and Crew Leaders for each assigned garden care property. The Garden Care Route Leader position is to ensure clear communication, with proactive planning and oversight in order to achieve client satisfaction, gain the respect of crews, and target account financial metrics. The position will require on-site physical labor from time to time when required.

The Position and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 Years Experience in Landscape Maintenance
• Experience with Irrigation Systems (System adjustments)
• Ability to plan ahead, anticipate and avoid potential problems, control outcomes and devise creative solutions to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with a team.
• Strong communication skillset.
• Effective written skills.
• Passion for Beautiful Gardens!
• Ability to speak Spanish (Helpful but not required)
• Desire to be part of a quality team!

Compensation Package

Commensurate with Experience. Competitive benefits package, 401k with company match.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
