Job Responsibility:

• Plan and execute detailed functional testing of the specifications under development.
• Assist with end-user testing to ensure project success.
• Collaborates closely with developers and BSAs to ensure that requirements are implemented to meet business needs while adhering to standard practices.
• Have a complete technical knowledge of all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks on the same day, prioritizing tasks.
• Analyze, document, plan, and carry out testing for a complex web application.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases based on requirements or user stories.
• Work as part of a fast-paced development team to solve problems and support testing of software components.
• Examines system stability and reports critical issues to project management.
• A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Capable of working with little to no supervision.

Job requirement:

• Good to have 2+ years of manual testing experience is required.
• Good knowledge of scenario writing, test cases, and bug reporting.
• Good understanding of test writing and bug reporting tools such as JIRA.
• Knowledge of the software development process, including analysis, design, coding, testing, problem resolution, and planning.
• Understand the various testing approaches, such as white-box (logic-driven), black-box (requirements-driven), load testing, and regression testing.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to relocate if necessary.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
