JSL is searching for a highly motivated Senior Logistician with demonstrated provisioning experience for Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) for Total Ship Computing Environment Infrastructure (TSCEi), Combat Systems Hardware, (CSHW), Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC), Gun Weapons System (GWS), DDG 1000, and Integrated Communication Controller (ICC) Systems. You will join a team of highly driven, supportive, and skilled professionals engaged in evaluating existing and new systems supporting the NAVSEA mission. Specific duties and responsibilities include:

• Review and create ICAPS packages, preparing APL and AEL updates, and ensuring all applicable data is accurate and consistent.
• Review results of NAVSUP Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) analysis.
• Provide inputs to technical documentation and Illustrated Parts Lists.
• Perform provisioning data input and maintenance planning support to engineering change proposals, deviations and Ship Change Documents.
• Provide Monthly status of provisioning for TSCEi, ICC equipment.
• Support review and development of Allowance Parts List / Allowance Equipage List (APL/AEL) Development.
• Input and maintain Provisioning Parts List (PPL) data within Integrated Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) Client Server (C/S) database.
• Verify that National Stock Numbers in accordance with Defense Logistics Agency Acquisition Advice Code (AAC) in WEBFLIS, or FEDLOG, and are consistence with APL/AEL data and the Illustrated Parts Breakdown IPB.
• Report any supply discrepancies and parts obsolescence issues to NSWC PHD. Submit suggested changes to APLs/AELs to NSWC PHD.
• Support provisioning conference at the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) location in support of APL development effort.

Required Skills:

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated basic understanding of provisioning processes and procedures.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn quickly and perform in a dynamic, fast paced team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to evolving customer requirements and produce positive results.
• Ability to obtain a valid U.S. government secret clearance.

Preferred Skills:

• 1-6 years of experience with provisioning or configuration management support for the Navy.
• Demonstrated familiarity and/or exposure to Integrated Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) client server.
• Demonstrated familiarity and/or exposure to Provisioning Parts Lists (PPL), Allowance Parts Lists (APL), Allowance Equipage Lists (AEL).
• Demonstrated understanding of Total Ship Computing Environment Infrastructure (TSCEi) and Integrated Communication Controller (ICC) System.
