THE COMPANY:
Social Vocational Services (SVS) has been serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout California since 1977.

THE POSITION:
We’re looking for full-time Job Coach to work at one of our contract facilities in Fresno.

• Supervise and monitor clients during work activities - making sure they are staying on task and redirecting any negative behavior
• Jobs range from restaurant work, warehouse work, car wash to cell phone repair shop
• Provide transportation to and from program and community activities
• Assess, evaluate, implement and chart client’s progress on goals and objectives
• Responsible for the overall safety of all your clients and work area
• Able to work in inside and outside environments
• Able to work evening and weekend shifts

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Available to work flex shifts, evenings and weekends
• Good driving record and valid California driver’s license
• Post-job offer, must obtain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance
• Must pass post-job offer job-related physical exam including TB test and drug screen
• First Aid/CPR certification (SVS will provide)
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Reliable and dependable
