Clinical Associates, P.A. is 60+ provider mental health practice that provides therapy, psychiatry and psychological testing services. We are looking for a motivated, dependable and positive individual to join the fun and dynamic office team of our fast-paced and rapidly growing practice.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing clients with practice information

- Collecting Demographic information

- Scheduling patient appointments

- Coordinating patient care & testing

- Collaborating with many staff members, providers and clients

- Safeguarding patient privacy and confidentiality

We are looking for someone who:

• At least 2 years medical office experience with a track record of going above and beyond for clients
• Has fantastic customer service skills
• Can problem solve with a team and independently
• Has good computer experience and skills
• Has insurance and medical knowledge
• Can handle a large work load daily in a very busy atmosphere
• Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am -4:30pm. Paid Hour lunch Included.

Compensation package includes health, dental and vision insurance, PTO and paid holidays.
