Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. As a Licensed Sales and Service Representative you will be responsible for both generating new business and providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects. Your primary duties include prospecting for new sales leads, creating and presenting quotes, processing policy change requests, payment follow ups, processing payments, maintaining knowledge of our products, calling on renewals and answering any questions our clients may have.
A current P&C producer license is required to be considered for this position and a minimum of 1 year CSR or Producer experience is preferred.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty License is Required.
- 1+ Years of Insurance CSR or Producer Experience.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
