Sell power line conductor stringing equipment and related tools and accessories by establishing and maintaining effective contact with customers and potential customers.
- Minimum of three years sales experience in the Power Line Industry

May require a safe driving record and a valid driver’s license according to legal requirements.
- High school education or GED
- Requires strong persuasion and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete projects on schedule
- Advanced knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are essential, which includes proper phone etiquette.
- Must understand the sales process and be able to “close the sale” because work performance has potential profit and loss implications

Must maintain confidentiality and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
- Strong portion of the workday is spent on accepting and delivering sales calls. The employee is responsible for cutting sales orders, as well as order follow up.
- Make “cold calls” to increase sales productivity during slow times.
- Develop and identify prospects from current clients, referral leads and other sources. Establish and maintain effective contact with clients.
- Represent the Company at industry trade and convention shows as needed.
- May assist in the development and implementation of the strategic marketing plan, department sales objectives and individual sales plans.
- Provide input and feedback on issues relevant to customer and sales assistance.
- This position may be required to drive.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
