Inside Sales Representative 45-50K plus commissions

Trotter Management Services is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Inside Sales Representative for Business-to-Business sales. This role is part of the Business Development Team.

This role is entirely on-site in the Harleysville, PA area.

This person will have a strong understanding of client needs and requirements. This position requires strong listening skills, communication skills, follow up skills, as well as solid experience with cold calling on business to business clients.

Responsibilities:

· Cold calling clients that come in through leads, outbound marketing or sourcing

· Researching new leads, maintaining database

· Develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold calls, emails and lead follow ups

· Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements while identifying sales opportunities

· Monthly quotas of company’s targeted benchmark

· Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services and how it directly helps them with skilled labor for their projects

· Responding to client needs and concerns, providing information via calls and emails

Requirements:

· Must have 3+ years’ experience in business-to-business sales, that includes high degree of cold calling

· Must be able to work on site, full time, weekday hours

· Skilled Trades knowledge a Plus

· Associate or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
