Job description

In this position, you train and supervise the team members who create and serve our products. You provide the general oversight of our 3 locations (Lake Zurich, Wauconda, and Palatine.) Primarily organize and inventory business food and materials, purchase grocery store items when needed, assure shop cleanliness and customer satisfaction and routinely report business progress, needs, and ideas. This is done in adherence to food service requirements. And, importantly, further our mission to keep our shops clean, creative, safe, friendly, and fun!

• 30- 40 hours per week (some flexibility)
• $18- $22 per hour

Qualifications and Requirements

Prior experience in management and supervision

Food service background a plus

Available to work all shifts including nights, weekends and some holidays

Good communication skills, organized, with a friendly positive attitude

Access to fully available, reliable, transportation

Able to lift a minimum of 25lbs
