Wentworth by the Sea, a Marriott Hotel and Spa is accepting applications to join our Housekeeping Leadership Team as a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor.

As a member of our Housekeeping Management Team, Our Supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day operation of our housekeeping department. This includes tasks such as organizing and assigning boards and project work, monitoring progress, assisting the staff, inspecting rooms, running the morning meeting, and motivating and developing the team to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.

Successful Hotel Housekeeping Supervisors have experience as a housekeeper and are motivated with an eye for detail, a high sense of team spirit and pride and the drive and desire to not just meet, but exceed guest's expectations. Prior supervisory experience is a plus, but this is a great opportunity for someone with housekeeping experience to grow and develop into a leadership role.

Our Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor role can be part-time or full-time. We do ask for flexibility in scheduling, including holidays and weekends.
