• Build meaningful relationships with your client

• Provide companionship in a warm, welcoming, encouraging tone

• Provide assistance with ADLs (bathing, toileting, dressing), meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry and linen changes

• Ensure safety and supervision of your client

• For Driver’s be willing to drive and accompany clients to doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping and errands

Candidate Requirements:

• MUST have an ACTIVE New Jersey HHA Certification

• MUST be fully vaccinated (and boosted if eligible) against COVID-19

• Two (2) forms of ID: Driver's License, Social Security card, etc.

• Step 1 PPD (within 12 months), QuantiFERON (within 12 months) or Chest X-ray

• MUST be able to pass a criminal background check

• For Driver’s: Valid driver's license, your own reliable automobile, proof of registration & auto insurance

• Must be reliable, compassionate, flexible and a team player

• 1+ year of prior experience as a Caregiver, preferred but not required
