Hotel General Manager
HMP Properties, a Williamsburg based cutting edge growing hotel company, is currently seeking a talented and successful General Manager to manage the Hyatt Place in Fredericksburg, VA. The ideal individual is one who can work independently while keeping the company-wide vision in mind, someone who is driven with an entrepreneurial spirit, professional and results driven, yet lighthearted and fun. Must be level-headed and able to exceed guests and co-workers expectations. Experience in opening hotels and renovations a huge plus. The right person should have passion to make a difference and to be the best. Someone with a proven track report of success. Must have at least 2 years of experience as a hotel general manager.

Requirements:
Held accountable for day to day operations, top line sales, bottom line profit, associate and guest satisfaction. Hands on approach with training and development, mentoring Leadership style. General Manager experience in destination locations preferred. Great communication, organization, computer skills required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
