Job description

Looking for a professional person with a great attitude to work breakfast for the Hotel Indigo in Beachwood Ohio.

Start time 530am Monday- Friday and 615am on Saturday and Sunday. Hotel experience is preferred but will train the right person.

• Maintains a well-stocked, breakfast/reception room for hotel guests.
• Prepares and serves all food products as needed, insuring proper presentation.
• Transports food from preparation area to breakfast/reception room for timely set-up.
• Maintains coolers, machine, coffee machine and tables at acceptable levels of sanitation and organization at all times.
• Stocks dishware, silverware, styrofoam cups, condiments and other items as needed.
• Checks and maintains coolers and storage areas for cleanliness, quantity and quality of food products
• Requisitions food with necessary approvals according to policy
• Takes proper care of all equipment
• Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions.
• Respond to guest complaints, special requests and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and control supplies and food, and minimize waste within all areas of comp services.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
• May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects.
• May assist with other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
