The company develops both build-to-suit and speculative high-quality logistics facilities and revitalises brownfield sites – including warehouses, distribution centres, city logistics facilities and intelligent combinations with corporate real estate. To support the team we are looking for:
HEAD OF INVESTMENT EUROPE (W/M/D)
YOUR TASKS:

Work closely with Head of Development, Investment Managers, Development Directors, Construction Directors and Regional MDs to lead the assessment of logistics assets, potential land acquisition, speculative development, build to suit (BTS) development and core, value-add & distressed, core opportunities across the Region

Perform complex financial modelling and analysis for single and multi-phase development opportunities

Support and review financial analysis by Regional Team and provide feedback on viability, return metrics and a risk adjusted approach to underwriting

Analyse lease proposals relative to business plan and recommend improvements to ensure value optimisation

Support the regional team in the formulation of annual business plans

Collate, tabulate and map comparable evidence / market data in conjunction with brokers and Country Teams

Analyse market data to inform and support underwriting assumptions

Liaise with in house Tax, Legal, Finance, Accounting and Construction heads to ensure accurate structuring and risk assessment
YOUR PROFILE:

10 years experience in an investment role at a real estate firm / Corporate Finance / PE / Management consultant / RE Banking team / Logistics and industrial real estate

Strong mathematical and financial analysis / valuation skills
-
Strong industry knowledge in the relevant region

Organization / management and delegation skills and sense of ownership

Excellent interpersonal skills and resilience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

Ability to build customer relationships and identify current trends
