Location: Remote work from home position
Hours: 10-20hrs/week
Terms: 1099 Contractor
Pay: $25/hr - Dependent on experience

We are looking for an incredible Google Ads Manager to join our team of digital marketing experts. If you know how to manage successful PPC ad campaigns and want to put all those skills towards helping small businesses, then this job is for you.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be dedicated, self-starting, and eager to create and implement thoughtful strategies to help our Ads clients gain more visibility online and ultimately increase their sales and grow their businesses. They will be experienced and able to demonstrate the ability to strategize, execute, and measure search engine marketing campaigns for small businesses related to Google Ads. They will be eager to learn and enhance their skills to optimize each of our client’s ad accounts through research, testing, and analysis.

Responsibilities:

Google Ads

  • Manage up to 10 PPC ad accounts on Google Ads with budgets averaging $1,000/mo (~10 hours of work each week)Monitor and optimize campaigns; maintain and create ad groups; evaluate keywords, search terms, and negative keyword phrases; set up and manage bid strategies and adjustments; monitor auction insights; optimize quality scores; strategize landing pages; set up conversion tracking; track and report results through Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads (1-2 years of experience preferred).
  • Experience working inside WordPress & Elementor.
  • In-depth experience with SEM tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Has or can complete the Google Ads certification within the first 90 days.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple client tasks and goals each week.
