Role Summary/Purpose:
The Fulfillment Leader will be responsible for leading strategies for suppliers as needed, improving performance and relationships across Wabtec, and for exceeding annual budget targets in areas such as material availability, on time delivery, on time shipment, Premium Transportation Reduction, and supplier engagement metrics.
Essential Responsibilitie:

Lead in a matrixed organization to accomplish the following:

Solving supplier constraints
-
Negotiating build slots with suppliers
-
Negotiating sub-component availability with sub-tier suppliers
-
Coordinate accountability matrix with vendors to ensure progress
-
Develop technical and regional supplier market intelligence.

Identify high risk supply base issues and drive solutions to mitigate the risk
-

Supplier Relationship Management:
-
Manage relationships with key critical suppliers
-
Maintain accountability for suppliers on key metrics
-
Visit with suppliers and validate processes/timelines
-

Supplier Forecasting
-
Coordinate capacity analysis on suppliers
-
Ensure suppliers understand forecast
-
Ensure suppliers can support forecast
-
Develop & execute plans to mitigate capacity issues
-
Validate/Negotiate true lead times
-

Allocation of Material
-
Complete allocation analysis to maximize business EBIT
-

Budget/Forecast:
-
Build & execute annual budget plans to deliver required metrics.
-
Support monthly forecasting requirements related to the annual budget.

Qualifications/Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and 10+ years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement, Program Management, or Supply Chain
-
Preferred experience in electronics supply chain
-
Willingness and ability for international travel up to 30% of the time
Desired Characteristics:

Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.

APICS Certification

Data analysis skills
-
Ability to articulate both simple and complex situations in a concise and logical manner

Ability to prioritize with strong attention to detail
