This outstanding 150 rooms resort is a hidden gem and a year-round destination in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. In this position, you will supervise front office day to day operations and you will provide exceptional service to all of our guests being of utmost assistance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests and owners with check-in and out as well as giving support and assisting the Front Desk staff with any questions or guest situations.
  • Train new team members.
  • Provide support to the team.
  • Follow up on any unresolved situations in a timely manner and pass on appropriate information to other Manager/Supervisors for handling.
  • Collaborates with all resort departments to meet guest expectations.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.


Schedule Details:
Our Front Desk operates 7 days per week. The Supervisor may work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement
Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Prior Front Desk Experience
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience
  • Skilled in solving practical problems
