Responsible for greeting and interacting with salon clients during check-ins and check-outs, answering incoming phone calls and emails to customize each client's experience, overseeing day-to-day operations within the salon to ensure optimal daily flow, working closely with stylists to ensure accuracy during services, as well as performing administrative tasks, including answering questions and providing information to guests regarding products and services offered. Our front desk team keeps detailed and accurate records and notes for each client to ensure efficient communication regarding clients' needs and accommodations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, and interest in working as a team with other associates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.30 - $18.00 per hour
