Roadrunner’s Equipment Team is dedicated to quality, speed and communication paired with financial controls. We are obsessed with empowering our operators and Independent Contractor Drivers (ICs) by providing them with reliable and safe equipment.

We are seeking an innovative and passionate Fleet Coordinator to assist in building the foundation of our Equipment Management team.

The Roadrunner team has aggressive goals with a tremendous drive, and this position will be critical to ensuring our success and creating value for all stakeholders. This individual will work in direct partnership with the department’s leadership team and will work with a team of talented individuals to achieve our business objectives that deliver consistent operator and IC satisfaction, within budget.

Critical Job Functions:

• IFTA compliance
• Maintain data integrity as it pertains to our system of record.
• Maintain positive control of our asset’s
• Onboarding/Off boarding assets.
• Effective and timely communication.
• Responsible for performing internal audits on RR rentals.
• Monitor work levels and adjust duties based on current needs each day
• Process and distribute requests and inquiries from service centers and corporate staff
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Perform all task assigned by leadership.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Proficiency in Excel; understanding of maintenance support software (examples: M5, TMT, Dossier, etc.)
• Must be familiar with DOT, OSHA, CARB and other governing regulations and requirements and must be able to identify exceptions

Experience

• High School graduate
• 1-2 years of experience
