• Certification through a nationally recognized organization (AFAA, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)
• Current CPR/AED Certification

ISI® Elite Training - Burlington is looking for high energy, motivating, charismatic, personable and confident personal trainers/group fitness instructors to join our team! As a coach at our ISI® Elite Training facility, you will positively affect the lives of our members every time you coach a workout! Our coaches design their own workouts, which gives you the flexibility and freedom to be creative and never feel like a robot delivering someone else’s workout plan.

As a Performance Coach at ISI®, you will lead group training sessions for up to 28/32 people. Our Coaches deliver a fast-paced, Athletic Based Training (ABT) workout designed to increase muscular strength and endurance, burn fat, and improve flexibility for all fitness levels.

We will guide you, through virtual portals and hands on training, on how to coach the ISI way before you lead your first session.
