Leidos is seeking experienced Budget Analyst/Financial Lead for our client’s operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Virginia and Maryland area. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to development and implementation of Agency budgets.

Primary Responsibilities: Financial Services Lead

In-depth knowledge related to one or more of the designated:

• Financial Services area for a new DNI contract
• Oversee budget analysts across the organization and is responsible for hiring and managing related work deliverables.
• Conduct budget analysis of financial data calls and portfolio reviews.
• Development and evaluation of fiscal program builds. Coordinate with other Agencies.
• Develop spend plans, tracking spending and execution, documenting financial commitments, obligations, and expenses.
• Draft inputs to the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB) to Congress
• Participate in the Intelligence planning, Programming, Budget, and Evaluation (IPPBE).

Basic Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with Poly
• 12 years related work experience
• Demonstrated experience with either budget formulation or budget execution activities
• Demonstrated experience with budget analysis
• Demonstrated experience with IPPBE processes
• Experience with working in the Intelligence Community, minimum 5 years
• Experience with the DNI organization
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial activities across multiple offices
• At least 12 Years work experience related to the technical requirement
• At least 5 year working with or in the IC
