Leidos is seeking experienced Budget Analyst/Financial Lead for our client’s operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Virginia and Maryland area. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to development and implementation of Agency budgets.
Primary Responsibilities: Financial Services Lead
In-depth knowledge related to one or more of the designated:
- Financial Services area for a new DNI contract
- Oversee budget analysts across the organization and is responsible for hiring and managing related work deliverables.
- Conduct budget analysis of financial data calls and portfolio reviews.
- Development and evaluation of fiscal program builds. Coordinate with other Agencies.
- Develop spend plans, tracking spending and execution, documenting financial commitments, obligations, and expenses.
- Draft inputs to the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB) to Congress
- Participate in the Intelligence planning, Programming, Budget, and Evaluation (IPPBE).
Basic Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with Poly
- 12 years related work experience
- Demonstrated experience with either budget formulation or budget execution activities
- Demonstrated experience with budget analysis
- Demonstrated experience with IPPBE processes
- Experience with working in the Intelligence Community, minimum 5 years
- Experience with the DNI organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial activities across multiple offices
- At least 12 Years work experience related to the technical requirement
- At least 5 year working with or in the IC
Pay Range:
Pay Range $105,300.00 - $162,000.00 - $218,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
