Job description
We are seeking a Field Support Coordinator to support Leads Managers and Directors in markets across the country. This individual will be responsible for researching market trends through various company resources to assist leaders in staying on top of touchpoints with independent sales associates, clients, and business leads. This person will play a key role in developing the standard in relocation, referral, and real estate experiences through client relationships, careful agent team management, and agent education. The successful candidate will embrace the challenges of supporting multiple people, being knowledgeable in several markets, and providing team support on various projects in the department.
The Leads team is responsible for establishing business opportunities for independent Real Estate Agents affiliated with Anywhere Brokerage Group and Anywhere Franchise Group real estate companies.
  • Assist Leaders with developing, planning, and implementing agent focus group meetings and agent training sessions. Assist with presentation material for training, including PowerPoints and videos.
  • Prepare market research reports requested and required by clients, third parties, and industry organizations. Assist with marketing materials for clients and sales associates, including handling details and preparations for group move presentations.
  • Assist with timely communications to LOC leadership, branch managers, and all agent teams. Partner with Field Support Supervisor to ensure all data is input into company databases to generate individual agent report cards and branch office report cards.
  • Receive and maintain external performance reports from Cartus and all third party management companies and corporate clients. Assist in preparations for leadership calls and client review calls.
  • Assist with calendar of appointments to ensure that all responsibilities are done in the time required.

Requirements:

Self-starter who goes above and beyond, be collaborative, organized, creative, work well under pressure, and prioritize multiple deadlines from multiple parties.

  • 2 years minimum experience in an administrative role.
  • Extensive knowledge and use in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Real estate experience strongly preferred, p reference given to individuals who understand Independent Contractor relations.
Minimum Education: High school or equivalent required, College degree preferred

Compensation Range:
