About the Position

The Equity seeking to add a Feed Formula and Pricing Coordinator to our Feed team. The Feed Formula and Pricing Coordinator is responsible for managing feed formulations, tagging, and pricing. They also will assist at the feed order desk and with inventory management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Leadership Characteristics

• Manage and process incoming BOL's to invoices
• Invoice finished feed
• PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Have the ability to gain a thorough knowledge of the feed mill automation software and company software systems
• Have strong verbal and communication skills
• Be willing to learn the feed order desk position
• Have the ability to define and solve problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all established personnel and safety policies and procedures
• Follow all HACCP guidelines
• Enter feed formulations into feed management system
• Maintain ingredient pricing within feed management and billing system
• Develop and maintain feed tags within feed management system
• Communicate with feed sales and integrators about formulation and pricing updates
• Ensure all products and services are accurately billed and within the Company credit policy
• Completion of all daily office work in a timely and accurate manner
• Attend continuing education courses to maintain adequate level of knowledge for the products and administration involved

Work Environment

While the job duties are performed in an office atmosphere, employee may be working near moving mechanical equipment and may have exposure to fumes or airborne particles. May require extended hours.

Travel

The employee may be required to travel to other facilities in The Equity trade area, conferences, educational opportunities, and other job-related activities.
