Behavioral Health Agency is looking for qualified candidates to fulfill The Family Connections Practitioner Position.

Family Connection Practitioners will work with families in Maricopa County referred by the Department of Child Safety to participate in the Family Connections Program.

Role:

• Agency and DCS training required
• Meet with the parent/caregiver one time per week for two hours.
• Utilize the Arizona Department of Child Safety Nurturing Parenting Program Manual to execute service to families.
• Complete necessary pertinent caseload documentation
• Provide ethical and compassionate culturally competent services

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service field, or an equivalent two years of human services/child welfare experience required.
• Have a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain one. Pass a background check.
• Must possess a current Arizona State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Job Type: Full-time 40 hrs a week
