- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of executive administrative support, organizing, coordinating and communicating.
- Experience coordinating and managing complex projects and/or programs including planning, communication, tracking and reporting.
- Comprehensive knowledge administrative procedures and practices to support IEHSS.
- Ability to establish, support and contribute to a vibrant team learning community for the IEHSS team, students, faculty, and national and international colleagues.
- Keyboarding and computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, e-mail, electronic learning (e.g. Canvas), and communication platforms (e.g Zoom).
- Ability to prioritize, organize and take self-initiative to be highly flexible and responsive in a fast-paced changing work environment.
- Ability to collaborate and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive documents and communications.
