We are currently seeking a take charge individual to help us do that! The Director of Sales is responsible for developing key relationships with customers as well as marketing strategies and initiatives.
This position is responsible for the development and execution of HyPro’s Sales Strategy. They will manage and develop HyPro’s direct sales team, research the OEM / machining industry to detect market opportunities, and lead customer commercial negotiations. Effective internal and external communications with existing and potential customers, associates, and ownership is key in this role. This position requires excellent technical, analytical and interpersonal skills to support our customers and internal team.

Job Requirements:
- Travel requirements - 10% to 20%
