Job Overview:
Visiting Docs is a young but growing Article 28 clinic located in Rockland County NY and servicing patients throughout the state. We are looking for a Director of Compliance and Clinical Operations to join our team and help us carry out our mission, vision and financial goals. This position will work closely with and report directly to the Executive Director. The Director of Compliance and Clinical Operations is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting business development and strategy, implementing new programs, and managing Quality Improvement/Assurance activities.
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Article 28 requirements and other regulatory agencies
- Attract, retain, and develop staff
- Maximize revenue by researching, implementing and monitoring new lines of business including but not limited to Quality based Incentive Programs, CMS programs, and telehealth
- Oversee, direct and support Operations Manager
- Identify and implement quality improvement/assurance activities across all business lines
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience
- Knowledge and experience in an Article 28 clinic
- Previous experience involving compliance, quality improvement and quality assurance activities
- Previous experience creating policy and procedure
