Description
The CD&S Director will play an important role in maintaining and establishing relationships with bank entities to promote CME Group's products and services within a specified geographical region. This includes our listed (futures and options) as well as OTC initiatives. Account portfolio will include Growth and Key franchise accounts. The Director will provide cross-selling opportunities to other members of the regional team with the primary objective being to increase revenue across all asset classes.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Proactively establish client relationships within the bank segment identifying opportunities to increase use of CME Group products across all asset classes.
- Creation and effective execution of account plans for existing and prospective accounts. Utilizes CRM system to record and track contacts to effectively coordinate internal efforts within the bank segment.
- Work with relevant product, marketing and other adjacent CME teams to create collateral, relevant content and tools for promotion of CME Group products and services.
Serve as the single point of contact regionally to assist bank clients navigation of CME Group' s products and services.
- Promote CME Group's wide range of products, clearing services, superior trading technology, liquidity, cost efficiency and OTC strategy including Clearport services to clients. This includes providing education at relevant industry expos, conferences and industry associations.
Skills & Software Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience utilizing a CRM to track sales activity, project and contacts

The salary range for this role is $147,500-$245,900. Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant).
