Exposure is looking for a creative and highly-motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing agency. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns for a wide variety of clients.
This is a full-time position onsite at our centrally located offices in Wallingford, CT.
Your position from day to day:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for clients across SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content creation
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, reporting on performance to clients and the team
• Collaborate with our dynamic team to develop creative content ideas that resonate with clients' target audiences
• Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within budget
• Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance and results
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Experience with SEO, PPC, keyword research, social, email and analytics (specifically Google Analytics)
• Knowledge of fundamental web design concepts, practices, and procedures
• Experience with digital marketing software such as HubSpot, Sharp Spring, MailChimp, HootSuite, Sprout Social, Semrush a plus
• 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Undergraduate degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or related field preferred
