99 Pharo Express, an independent service provider for FedEx Ground, is looking for high-energy drivers with at least 1+ year of driving experience to join our team. The individual must have a strong work ethic and continuous drive to succeed.

We are looking to hire Full-Time Delivery Drivers to operate out of the Sauget, IL terminal. The drivers will be delivering to De Soto and the French Village. Our drivers will be operating P1000 or box trucks provided by the employer.

CDL License is NOT required.

Work Hours - 8:30 am - route completion. (completion is usually around 6:00 pm, but can go later) Options to work 4 days a week.

99 Pharo Express needs flexible people with flexible hours!

The terminal is open 7 days a week. Weekends may be required.

DELIVERY DRIVER BENEFITS:

● PAY: $140 - $170 per day - final pay rate is finalized with terminal management.

● Weekly Paycheck - Direct Deposit on Friday

● Paid Training is $140.00 a day/ 5-10 days of training depending on your needs

DELIVERY DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:

● 1 Year of Driving Experience for a job over the last three years, or five years of driving experience for a job over the last ten years. MILITARY DRIVING,

TAXI, UBER, PIZZA DELIVERY, AND LANDSCAPE DRIVER IS ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE

● Clean driving record

● Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check ● Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work in all weather conditions ● Ability to make 60-120 stops per day

DUTIES OF DELIVERY DRIVER:

● Arrive at Sauget, IL FedEx terminal to pick up the vehicle and packages. ● Be able to communicate with the management team.

● Able to have excellent time management skills.

● Be able to work on your own, to get a variety of responsibilities done in a day.

● Conduct Pre/Post trip van inspections daily.

● Operate delivery vans safely, securely, and competently.

● Learn the route(s), and customers need to be serviced by our company. ● Report to the station prepared to examine and organize daily load before departure.

● Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weights w/o damage to the package or injury to oneself or others.

● This is a physical job requiring the delivery driver to get in and out of the truck 150 plus times a day.

● The routes are in De Soto and the French Village area.
