Master Data Coordinator

Location: Ephrata, PA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shift
- Position includes rotating evening and weekend on-call coverage. On-call is approximately once every 3 weeks. Associates will be provided with a company laptop and cell phone for on-call hours. Travel to the workplace will not be required when on-call. Potential to work partially remote.
Pay: $16-$19/hr
What you'll do
- Create and maintain customer, vendor, item, and manufacturing master data in JDE ERP system and TWM system
- Manage the Master Data SharePoint work processes
- Manage workload and project timelines as assigned
- Participate as a team member of the Product Recall Task Force
- Audit data to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Assist with creation of forms, procedures, and work instructions to support the data business processes as needed
What you bring
- 1 or more years of data entry experience
- Highly proficient broadābased computer skills; including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Quick adaptable learner that can multitask and perform tasks under tight deadlines
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience with an ERP system preferred
