Master Data Coordinator

Location: Ephrata, PA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shift

• Position includes rotating evening and weekend on-call coverage. On-call is approximately once every 3 weeks. Associates will be provided with a company laptop and cell phone for on-call hours. Travel to the workplace will not be required when on-call. Potential to work partially remote.

Pay: $16-$19/hr
What you'll do

• Create and maintain customer, vendor, item, and manufacturing master data in JDE ERP system and TWM system
• Manage the Master Data SharePoint work processes
• Manage workload and project timelines as assigned
• Participate as a team member of the Product Recall Task Force
• Audit data to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Assist with creation of forms, procedures, and work instructions to support the data business processes as needed

What you bring

• 1 or more years of data entry experience
• Highly proficient broad‐based computer skills; including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Quick adaptable learner that can multitask and perform tasks under tight deadlines
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior experience with an ERP system preferred
