YOUR MISSION

Be in charge of letting our customers' and tradepartners' transactions flow via our Procuros integration hub.

YOUR TASKS

As a Customer Success Associate (m/f/x), you'll gain deep experience working with a complex software solution and prepare for a career in tech. By truly understanding our customers, you'll shape our business from the ground up.

• You are the face to our customers and cultivate positive customer relationships
• You will help our clients to successfully drive business value from our products
• You will support our customers in the onboarding phase to ensure a positive onboarding, adoption and expansion experience.
• You will prepare and execute kick-off meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
• You will work with the development team to integrate our platform and troubleshoot technical issues.
• You will work with our sales and product teams to build and improve our platform from a customer perspective.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have approximately 1 year of experience in a B2B Customer Success or Tech company.
• You have an interest in technical solutions and a basic understanding of technical vocabulary.
• You have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and hands-on mentality.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• You are an excellent team player.
• You are excited about working in an early stage VC funded company.
