This is an on-site opportunity at our Corporate Headquarters in Downers Grove, IL.

What you’ll do as a Customer Account Specialist:

· Manage the daily information flow with your own customer base of Fortune 500 food manufacturers.

· Process orders and help through the supply chain from our warehouse to order fulfillment.

· Work with your account managers to collect, evaluate, and report sales-related data.

· Monitor customer accounts and help our accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure payments are up to date.

We need you to have:

· High school diploma.

· Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in customer account management

· Excellent communication skill, both verbally and in writing

· Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset

· Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
