Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an outgoing, energetic person with a “can do” attitude to join our team. As an inside sales/customer service representative, you will be responsible for offering superior customer service with ongoing customers. You will act as an advertising consultant to help customers grow their business through advertising in the newspaper, digitally and with our social media products. Major Responsibilities: • Excellent verbal communication skills • Must have a desire to succeed & an outgoing personality • Customer service experience with businesses not necessary, but desirable • Must provide superior customer service • Must be detailed-oriented The Antigo Daily Journal offers a great earning potential, a full benefits package and half day Fridays.
