GENERAL Summary:
Under the supervision of the Office Manager performs a variety of customer associated activities related to the sales, rental, installation and repair of a variety of products offered by the company. Maintains systems and files necessary to the efficient operation of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing phones and taking customer calls.
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers upon receipt of web form leads.
  • Working with customers to determine needs and scheduling in-home consultations.
  • Process invoices and customer payments.
  • Run reports essential to business operations.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Maintain customer files in an organized and confidential manner.
  • Utilize the proprietary operating system to document all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Five years customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be reliable and conscientious.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
