***What We Are Looking For***

Someone who is passionate about braiding, hungry for success, and has a desire to make great money. The shop has lots of walk-ins and online booking appointments so a serious braider will have no issue getting their business up and running. We are looking to help build the client base of a barber looking for a new shop home.

***Lets Talk About Money***

We have found that braiders at our shop are more successful under a booth rent model of $260 a week , $300 for a private booth, $320 for a large suite. Don't worry if you don't have clients yet because we start the booth rent at $70 and work our way up over the course of 60-90 days. Booth rental is best for most braiders because when you work harder you make more, not the shop. You make your own schedule and prices to have the flexibility needed to not miss big moments in life while still making great money. We will explain this more if hired...

***Location, Location, Location***

We are located on the very busy corner of Iris avenue and Lasalle street in the shopping center. We are in the same shappoing center as Stater Bros., Starbucks, Bank of America, and Panda Express so we are in a extremely busy area on a street where over 30,000 cars drive past the shop daily. Location is everything in business and this location makes it very easy to get and keep your chair busy.

***Shop Experience***

While we are not perfect, we try to be a mini family here. As the owner I do not breath down your back micro managing you. We are all professionals and adults and I treat everyone as such. We have a open schedule system where you make your own schedule because family time is just as important as working time. We also have a online booking system so booking appointments is easy a hassle free for you. We Put The Braider 1st.
