New Hire Bonus of $1,500 ($500 after 30 days, 60 days and 90 days of employment).

McDowall Company of Waite Park is seeking Commercial Roofers for their commercial roofing division. McDowall Company is a fifth generation family owned business that is located in Waite Park, MN. No experience is necessary; however a general knowledge of construction is helpful. McDowall Company is a member of the Local 96 Roofers & Water Proofers Union and compensation is based on the current contract. (Starting $20.00 - $58.34)

Work Duties:
-Operation of basic hand tools
-Lift & carry items weighing 75lbs and greater
-Climb ladders & work at heights
-Assist journeyperson roofers in the removal & installation of flat roof systems (BUR /Single Ply)
-Organize & cleanup jobsite at the conclusion of each day
-Stage roofing material
-Remove & install roofing rock with hand tools, wheel barrow, & motorized carts
-Perform duties in various temperatures & weather conditions
-Flexible schedule to work around stoppages due to weather
-Work with a crew of 6+ people
-Maintain a safe working environment for yourself & the other members of the crew
-Honest/Accountable

-Enroll into Local 96 apprentice program (3yrs-144hrs each yr & 6000 hrs OJT)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $58.34 per hour
