HeartShare is looking for a Clinical Program Administrator
- Responsibilities*
- In addition to responsibilities below, performs all other duties as assigned.

- Remains sensitive and responsive to cultural differences of program participants and staff.
- Participates in in-service trainings and on-site workshops as required for professional growth and development. Attends external trainings and workshops at direction of management. Attends relevant meetings to support program administration.
- Represents the organization both within and outside of the work environment in a manner that promotes the mission, vision and values of the agency. Personally, adheres to organizational mission, vision and values, in addition to all other agency policies and procedures.
- Complete Initial needs assessments with youth according to established guidelines and make appropriate contact with and /or referrals to other agencies and follow up accordingly. This is including but not limited to mental health, substance abuse, etc..
- Ensure staff are trained on evidence-based models such as motivational interviewing, Critical time intervention, and Trauma informed care.
- Facilitate, develop, and participate in skill building groups that foster a therapeutic environment and support the needs of the youth.
- Oversee updated chart records for all current and past residents and complete all mandatory paperwork required by contracts and funding sources.
- Collaborate with all other staff to develop and evaluate programming. Conduct outreach presentations as needed and assigned.
- Monitor the progress Coaches make with young people through regular supervision sessions, and ensure Coaches are taking appropriate steps to help young people progress and plan for the next steps on their journey to success.
- Provide clinical support to coaches by assisting Coaches during a crisis and provide individualized clinical support to tenants.
- Provides direct client services in the absence of coaches to ensure program compliance.
- Conducts field visits with staff to address tenant concerns and apartment safety as needed.
- Prepare for supervision meetings by collecting and monitoring data, goal-setting progress, and reading and responding to case notes.
- Cultivate and foster working partnerships with community landlords.
- Ensure that tenants have their basic needs met, including entitlements procurement, health care, mental health, and independent living skills.
- Create a trauma-informed, engaging environment for both staff and young people.
- Submit weekly census
- Prepare and track documentation including tenant services via Eccovia Data System. Monitor support plans, and relevant documentation that reflects CTI goals and stages.
- Provides administrative support as assigned for organizational activities.
- Performs other duties deem necessary to support the needs of the youths and the program

Qualifications:*
- Master’s in Social Work; Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) strongly preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience working with young people (ideally working with at-risk young adults). Two years of supervisory experience
- Hybrid work schedule
- Knowledge and understanding of homeless population
- Experience conducting groups and developing appropriate and relevant youth programing.
- Responsible for implementing evidence-based models by using “train the train” and ensuring staff training completion.
- Comfort traveling throughout NYC
- Must have NYC Driver’s License
- Work Flexible Hours
- Strong written and communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
