Concierge Home Care is growing, and we are actively seeking a full-time Clinical Manager to join our Sebring, FL team!
What does a Home Health Clinical Manager do?
The Clinical Manager assists the Director of Clinical Services/Administrator in the supervision of home health services to patients in their place of residence by physician orders and strives to provide the highest quality of care. Some examples include:
Complies with accepted professional standards and principles- Consistently follows Agency policies and procedures to set an example for employees
- Maintains compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures
- Reviews clinical documentation and maintains current knowledge of all Medicare/ Federal/ Insurance/ Company and Hospital guidelines, policies, and protocol
What are some of the qualifications of a Home Health Clinical Manager?
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in nursing, preferred
- One (1) year of experience in home health nursing, preferred
- Acceptance of philosophy and goals of Agency.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
- Ability to work with individuals to enlist the cooperation of many people to perform/achieve a common goal.
