Title: Client Technical Advisor
Your job:
We are currently seeking a skilled Client Technical Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous and incremental sales growth of the company’s existing business. Your focus will be on improving sales, remake factors, loyalty, hold case analytics, and profitability within the assigned client base.
Your responsibilities will include communicating with manufacturing on any issues, defects, or otherwise non-conformance to ensure proper feedback and client follow-up. You will also be responsible for inspecting incoming work and communicating directly with the client on any non-conformance issues, verifying that the cases consist of the correct product(s) listed, have the necessary items to proceed, and are scheduled properly to ensure success in the production process.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for reviewing outgoing work following production to ensure that the finished restorations meet and exceed client and company expectations. You will develop and maintain complete and up-to-date records within a database of all contacts and client activity.
To be successful in this role, you should have a close working relationship with manufacturing, operations, and inside sales staff to effectively perform your job responsibilities. You should also have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a customer-focused mindset.
Your experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CDT in Dental Technology preferred
- Knowledge of dental products, materials and techniques preferred
- Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Location:
This position works out of the Leixir - Maryland lab located at 1922 Greenspring Drive in Timonium. The Leixir HQ is in Tampa, Florida. Our network of dental laboratories spans six states, with labs in Florida, Connecticut, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and New York.
