FQHC Experience is a must!

1. Oversees the AAA CHC electronic health records systems

2. Acts as direct supervisor to all staff in absence of the CEO

3. Supervises and evaluates the Human Resources Coordinator.

4. Assists with interviews and selects the most qualified candidates.

5. Assists supervisors/HR in discipline and hiring of employees

6. Prepares required reports for regulatory bodies ( HRSA, etc.)

7.Assist in addressing patient complaints/concerns.

8. Participates in the Performance Improvement Committee.

9. Participates in Board of Director’s meetings.

10. Assists CEO with projects/new sites.

11. Responsible for fulfilling the goals and objectives of the AAA CHC Strategic Plan for the FQHC.

12. Establishes and maintains effective communication practices.

13. Performs job performance appraisals of appropriate staff.

14. Maintains effective relationships with all departments within the organization.

15. Keeps current with professional growth and development.

16. Responsible for assuring appropriate staff levels.

17. Knowledgeable of agency policies and procedures.

18. Assist the CEO, CMO, CFO, and other member of the Senior Management staff in developing and implementing the health center’s mission and strategic plan.

19. Provides leadership in developing, planning and implementing the health center’s administrative and operational plans as set by the CEO.

20. Assist the Clinical and Administrative Team with all program development and implementation, as well as site and service expansions, including capital projects and renovations.

22. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
