One of Tampa Bay’s top rated restaurants is looking for a talented Chef to help us expand and oversee the management and daily operation of our kitchen.
Responsibilities Include:

• Daily management of staff
• Prep/ ordering/ inventory management
• Delegate tasks to kitchen staff and keep kitchen clean and organized.
• A whatever it takes to get the

job done attitude

• Overseeing of all kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Working along side staff to train and fill in when necasary

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Sous Chef or Cook
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
• Advanced culinary knowledge
• Leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
• Excellent time management abilities
• Strong expediting skills
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
• Culinary school diploma preferred
