Responsibilities and Job Duties

• Producing breads, cakes, croissants, and dessert pastries- fresh daily.
• Baking dozens of different scratch-made product everyday. Experience in hot bake is key to success in this role
• May be required to make pastry creams, Chantilly cream, ganache and glazes, baking croissants.
• Finishing and decorating cakes and desserts
• Speed, and efficiency are of the utmost importance. Ability to multi-task and organizational structure.
• Follow and implement brand standards in regards to recipe, production, gourmet baking, plating and presentation.
• The health and safety of our guests and team are of the utmost priority. We expect high support and high accountability with exceeding health department standards. One needs to have a sharp focus on sanitation and security. We ask that you have an adaptable, creative, and compliant approach to the needs of our team during Covid-19.

Skills and Qualifications

• Commerical baking experience a must.
• Culinary knowledge and experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be passionate about excellence and constant improvement
• Able to stay calm and productive under pressure

Requirements

• 1-4 years in a baking position. Preferably 1+ years working with pastries/dessert.
• Flexible availability
• Experience in a high-volume setting or ability to adapt to it
